Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed in the following situations:

Refunds will generally be issued after we receive the returned product, except in cases where the package has been lost in transit.
Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Provided
Refunds will not be entertained under the following circumstances:

An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided by the customer.

After three failed delivery attempts by the courier service.

The returned product is damaged due to use, mishandling, or misuse.

The returned product does not include the original packaging or invoice (if the return is due to receiving a wrong item).
Refund Processing
If your request is approved:

Refunds will be processed within one week after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

It may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an incorrect item was sent by us.
